How do I place an order?

At SilverAngel.com, you do not need to be logged-in or to have an account to add items to your 'Shopping List' and/or 'Wish List'.


Simply add items to your shopping list by clicking the "Shop/View Details" below each item - once you are done shopping, click on your 'Shopping List'. Then, click on "Log-in to Check Out" if you haven't logged-in yet. Otherwise, please click on "Check Out".

 

Then, please select your preferred shipping option (Airmail, FedEx or UPS) and your personal/promotional coupons (if any).


Finally, click the “Check Out” button and follow the on-line instructions.


Immediately after you successfully place an order, you will receive an auto-confirmation e-mail with a copy of your order. Please reply to this E-mail and we will start processing your order immediately after you confirm your order.


Note: SilverAngel.com will not process orders which were not confirmed by e-mail.

How do I cancel an order after it has been submitted?

To cancel an order, please kindly E-mail us at sales@silverangel.com as soon as possible. We'll do everything we can to fulfill your request. Please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment system is designed to get orders shipped and on their way to our customers quickly and efficiently. 

 

As a result, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has already entered the shipping process. If your order cannot be cancelled, and you are unhappy with it, simply return it to Silverangel.com according to our 30-day return policy.

Can I place several orders and have them shipped together?
 

Yes, you can place several orders as long as we haven’t shipped your original order – we will merge them and ship them all in 1 parcel.

How can I use my coupon?

Your personal/promotional coupon(s) will appear at the bottom of the SHOPPING-LIST page - simply select the active coupons listed to maximize your savings.

 

Coupon(s)/discount are issued in the form of either 'US $' amount or a 'percentage'.

 

There is no cash alternative and all terms and conditions are non-negotiable.

 

Unless otherwise stated, coupon(s)/discount are only applicable for full price items (sales and clearance items are not included).

 

Coupon(s)/discount cannot be applied retrospectively to previous orders.

Your order will be shipped the next business day (Monday through Friday), not including holidays, pending credit card authorization and verification.

How can I track my order?

To track your most recent orders simply click on "My Account" at the top of any Silverangel.com page and go to "Manage Your Orders". This is the easiest and fastest way to get the most current information regarding your orders.


Please note that when your parcel has been shipped out of our office, we will Email you the tracking number of it – you can also check the status of delivery of your order on carrier’s website.

How can I pay for my order?

Currently, SilverAngel.com accepts payments via credit cards, Visa and MasterCard. By default, you'll be required to submit your credit card details during the check out process.

 

However, if necessary, you may provide details of additional credit cards without placing an order by clicking the “manage credit card details” link, located in the main MY ACCOUNT page.
 

 

SilverAngel.com will not process orders where the credit card holder is not the receiver of the shipment. (Except with special authorization forms from the card holder)

When is my credit card charged?

Your credit card will be charged only after your purchase has been processed, prior to shipping of your order.  You will not be charged if the product/s you ordered are not available.

How do I care for and clean my products?

All pieces should be stored in your pouches or jewelry boxes. This will help prevent scratches on the stone and metal surfaces. Although some stones are more sensitive than others, it is best to keep all stones away from extreme heat and sudden changes in temperature.
 

 

We recommend that you apply hair sprays and fragrances before putting on your jewelry, especially when wearing soft or porous stones. Always remove your jewelry before washing to prevent soap build up.

 

To clean, you can make your own cleaning solution using six parts warm water to one part ammonia. Dip your jewelry in the solution and scrub gently using a soft bristle toothbrush. Rinse in warm water and pat dry with a paper towel. Silver may require additional cleaning with the use of a tarnish removing polishing cloth.
